Setbacks – how I am overcoming them

Recently I hurt my writs at the gym. Actually went and had it looked at and it was technically sprained. This sucks as I had just begun a new program at the gym. This has forced me to take time off in order to allow this injury to heal. As I have done so it has made me feel useless, and off my game.

I have been hitting the gym 3X per week for the last 6 months. This has made me feel great about myself, boost of energy, and back and neck pains i had suffered from virtually vanished.

I know its a temporary set back on the long road but you don’t realize how much you depend miss it. Cant wait to get back  to it.

The whole reason to this post is i figured out why i have felt stuck in the last 2 weeks. i believe having the routine of exercise is vital to progression and goal setting, and boosts of energy.
